Our Leadership
Laiki Bank is led by an executive committee of seasoned private bankers, investors and risk professionals, accountable to an independent board. Together they hold the line between ambition and prudence on which our clients depend.
The Executive Committee
The committee sets strategy, oversees the franchises, and is responsible for the conduct, capital and culture of Laiki Bank. Members are appointed by, and report to, the Board.

Supports the leadership of the private banking franchise and the day-to-day running of the bank. Brings two decades of cross-border wealth management experience across northern and southern Europe.
Head of Fiduciary Management Department
Responsible for trust, estate and fiduciary administration, safeguarding client structures across jurisdictions. Two decades advising Mediterranean families on succession and wealth-holding vehicles.
Chief Investment Officer
Chairs the investment committee and shapes the house view across asset classes. Twenty years in multi-asset portfolio management and macro strategy.
Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking
Leads asset management, treasury and trade finance for corporate and institutional clients across the eastern Mediterranean.
Head of International Business
Oversees multi-currency accounts, residency-by-investment structuring and the bank's international advisory desk.
Chief Operating Officer
Accountable for operations, custody administration and the bank's digital platform, including the secure E-Banking environment.
Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
Independent oversight of credit, market and conduct risk, and the bank's relationship with the Central Bank of Cyprus and the ECB.
Head of Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary
Leads legal affairs and corporate governance, advising the Board and committee on fiduciary and regulatory matters.
The Board of Directors
A majority-independent board supervises the executive committee, approves risk appetite and safeguards the long-term interests of depositors, clients and shareholders.
